Pump up on your Vitamin C to keep those nagging hang nails at bay! Don't take a pill with too many milligrams or you'll lose the necessary amount. Just a few orange slices, bites of pineapple, or an apricot a day will keep those hang nails away.

Tuesday's Tip- Sunscreen!

Summer is here and that means SUNSHINE! Yay for vitamin D but boo to sun damage. Don't forget to slather on the sunscreen to your most neglected areas- Hands and Feet! Most of us remember to use sunscreen when it's mixed in with our moisturizer and use it on the rest of our body when we hit the pool or beach but don't remember that our hands and feet need the same protection. Do your skin a favor and use a sunscreen that protects you from both UVA and UVB. Most important- reapply!

Tuesday's Tip- Don't Break Hair

Ever wonder why you have so many of those pesky flyaways? Or why your hair doesn't look as shiny as it could? 1 reason could be that you're brushing your hair when it's wet. Stop! Brushing hair when it's wet causes it to break and induce frizzing. Wet hair is super fragile and should be combed through with a wide toothed comb. When it is dry, go ahead and style with a brush. Shiny and soft hair doesn't take a lot of work, just some know-how!
