Easiest way to get healthy nails? Just drink a glass of milk and eat 1 hard boiled egg a day! It is that easy. These 2 provide a healthy dose of Zinc to keep your nails looking fab.  If you're seeing white spots on your nails, this could be a sign of a zinc deficiency.  So, keep your nails from deforming, stop those pesty hangnails, and show inflamed cuticles the door by making zinc a priority in your diet.
